Nature’s Wellness Natural Sleep Aid reviews[starratingmulti id=1 tpl=12]

Nature’s Wellness Natural Sleep Aid is an over the counter sleep supplement that is meant to help users to fall asleep more easily by respecting the natural balance of their bodies.

This product is made in the United States in an FDA registered, GMP certified facility. That said, while this does mean that it was made under certain approved practices for quality and safety, this does not mean that the FDA has given its approval to the use of the product or any of its individual ingredients. The FDA does not give its approval to supplements.

This product is meant to help to ease stress and quiet an overactive mind. It provide support for the natural, peaceful function of rest and encourages deeper sleep. It claims to have all natural ingredients that will help a user to be able to ease into a deep sleep. That said, it will accomplish this goal without causing the user to feel groggy the next morning. That is an important point as many insomnia medications are notorious for causing sleepiness the next day, which can be dangerous for people who drive in the morning and can be frustrating for people who need to get up and function right away.

At the time of the writing of this review, the ingredients listed in this product were: magnesium, L-theanine, lemon balm, valerian, hops, chamomile, passionflower, GABA, 5-HTP, melatonin, and L-tryptophan.

These are all very common ingredients found in natural sleep supplements. Most of them have at least some clinical evidence to support their use in some way either to help someone relax, to encourage a better circadian rhythm or to function as an actual sedative.

The official website for this product claims that Nature’s Wellness Natural Sleep Aid will produce an actual noticeable change in brain function. In fact, it claims that if someone uses it on a regular basis, that change will be noticeable within the first month of use. That claim is found within the FAQ section of the sleep aid’s official page on the manufacturer’s website. That said, partway through the text, it starts to refer to the product as the “Memory Mind Matrix” which is another one of the Nature’s Wellness products.

For that reason, it is not clear whether the information in the FAQ pertains to the sleep aid or if it was copied and pasted from the Memory Mind Matrix product’s page and wasn’t altered to be appropriate for the sleep aid page. This makes it challenging to obtain accurate information about this product.
